2013 has topped all efforts to raise awareness to the importance of volunteering and community charitable involvement efforts for Independent Business Owners I am proud to be a part of it in general and specifically because we are learning together and participating in sharing the commitment of Amway to those in our communities with special needs.

Whether the Oceanfront Auction and Summer Games, Basketball Tournament, Morales Skydiving event, Walk With Me – a signature Easter Seals event sponsored by Amway, and culminating with Patrice and Bob Martin’s Crazy Hat Party – all fundraisers benefiting Easter Seals Southern California and opportunities for our a team of IBO’s – The DreamMakers to strut their stuff and show communities across Southern California (Carson, Lake Elsinore, Dana Point, Long Beach).

As business owners we have learned through our team work and dedication to these five annual events that DreamMakers has recruited the right talent with the right skills to improve performance and measure success through targeted training, volunteers and partnerships to engage other individuals to honor and respect our business work ethic and success while at the same time sending a message of the importance of IBO’s volunteer involved in the mission oriented commitments of Amway to Easter Seals.

As an entrepreneur cultivating business leaders is it so key to include a plan for giving back as we succeed.
